Have you ever looked into a mirror as you were passing by, and finally noticed that you had put on too many extra pounds? Your family had been commenting to you about your weight gain, and your husband strongly suggested that you might think about going on a diet to lose a few pounds. Even your children had been making embarrassing remarks lately. Remember College? Wouldn’t you like to get back where you were then? Losing the weight is not that hard.
Up to this point, however, you were in denial about the number of pounds that you had actually gained, and you did not consider going on any diet to shed the extra weight. Now with everyone criticizing your appearance and letting you know that you don’t look as good as you did, you make the decision that possibly it is time for you to work on shedding a few of those extra pounds that have crept up over time.
Losing weight is a great effort and a difficult task for many of us, unfortunately. We become discouraged when it takes so long to make the progress we think that we should be making in our attempt to reach our desired goals. That causes us to just give up, resulting in more weight gain.
The most important factor to consider before you begin any type of diet plan is who is the person that you really want to lose the weight for. The only right reason is because you want to do it for yourself. If you are doing it for your family, husband, or children, you will not be as motivated to lose the weight and reach your goal over a long term period. You will be apt to fail in your endeavor and go back into denial that a loss of weight is actually necessary for your physical and emotional well-being.
Isn’t being healthy worth the time it will take you to lose the excess weight? Thinking of all the things youcould do, and just how much more you will enjoy life. Strip the fat is the program you need. You choose the foods you want to eat, and the software makes up a diet for you, one you can stay with because it is made up of foods you enjoy. Isn’t that the way to go?
Take that step now, get on the right track and lose the weight by Christmas. Go to the holiday parties looking like you are still in college.

Unhealthy Diet is the primary culprit to being overweight and worse, obesity. Take this advice from Christopher Guerriero and that is to take an alkaline based diet such as raw veggies, fresh fruits etc everyday. Processed foods nowadays are packed with preservatives and high in sodium that when taken at a regular or large basis would result to weight gain.
