Back pain is becoming a more common ailment and even though anyone can, at some point face it. A number of factors can increase the risk of suffering from it. These risks emerge from a wide variety of factors, from your job to daily habits can’t believe would have an effect on the health of your back.
Middle back pain can become more common with age, but this don’t necessarily mean just have to accept it. And it is not just the older folks that are more prone to it, people in mid-life that can develop pain, as well. We see this more among those less physically fit. Having a job that requires moving heavy objects particularly when this involves twisting or vibrating the spine, can lead to an injury that causes back pain. Almost as bad is having an inactive job where you must sit for long periods of the working day can cause or contribute to all types of back pain.
