Is getting the most out of your health club membership like trying to rekindle an old flame?

Congratulations for taking the first step and reading this post where you will get some quick tips on how to get back on track. The first thing you need to do is decide on what you goals are. Are you trying to loose weight, or gain muscle? If you need help, ask for a complimentary session with a personal trainer. They are there to help you learn proper form and technique, to motivate you, to help you plan workouts and to suggest training schedules. Most gyms will allow you one or two sessions with a trainer for free to see if you like it and then sign you up for a block of sessions after that.
