Requirements:
GCE ‘O’ Levels/ITC/Diploma or higher
Conversant with MS Office and Accounting software (MYOB) is a MUST
Able to communicate in English and interact with contractorsclientsvendorsetc.
Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Responsibilities:
General reception / office administration dutiespurchasing and accounting functionsfiling of GST returnetc
Data entrysorting and filing of documents
Liaise with clients / suppliers on information for completion of work
Any other ad-hoc duties
Salary Range : $1600 – $1800
