NON-SLIP METAL DECK
A non-slip metal deck is a standard feature on our trailers. A metal deck is maintenance free, unlike wood which you will have to replace because of breakage or rot. Whether you are in mud or water, a wet deck is a slippery one. Having a trailer with a non slip metal deck is a must and a safety issue. With our non-slip decking you can feel safe that you will not fall on your trailer; and loading and unloading becomes easier because your ATV tires have some resistance and will not just spin or slip, as on conventional metal decks.
2000-3500 lb. AXLE
Having the proper axle is crucial on an ATV trailer. Many trailers on the market have axles that barely hold more than the weight the trailer itself. A 2000lb axle for a trailer hauling two ATVs and a 3500lb axle for a trailer hauling three ATVs is a must when driving at high speeds and over long distances. Our trailers, with a standard 2000lb. or 3500lb. axle, will ensure the safest transportation for you and your ATV investment.

13-14″ TIRES
When buying a trailer, the tires are one of the most important things to consider, in addition, to the axle. The right size tire can mean the difference between getting safely to your destination and spending hours on the side of the road repairing or replacing a blown tire. Many trailer manufactures use small tires of inferior quality. You want to make sure you have at least a 13″ or 14″ tire, with a rating equal or greater than the weight that your axle can hold. Our standard tire features a rounded profile on the outside to enhance ride quality and a symmetric tread design with a solid center rib to provide constant rubber-to-road contact that delivers dependable highway stability, traction and long lasting wear. Internally, our tire features twin steel belts reinforced with nylon cap plies, this stabilizes the tread to increase durability and a polyester cord body to help smooth out the trailer’s ride.
“A” FRAME TONGUE
Our standard “A” frame tongue gives our trailer added strength and maneuverability. The straight tongue will fatigue over time and break. You have to be careful not to overload this type of trailer because where the straight tongue attaches to the deck is one of the most vulnerable spots. POWDER COATING
Standard on our trailers, powder coating is one of the best ways to protect your investment from rust. It is used to create a hard finish that is abrasion resistant and tough. With proper care, a powder coated trailer will outlast a conventional painted trailer five times longer. Powder coated finishes are more durable than traditional paints and more resistant to chipping, peeling and scratching.
SWIVEL JACK
The swivel tongue jack is standard on our trailers. Unhitching a loaded trailer off the ball is difficult and can be a very dangerous situation without a tongue jack. Conventional wind up jacks don’t have a caster, are slow and bend when they are not completely raised. Swivel jacks make hitching and unhitching simple and allow loading by only one person. The caster on the swivel tongue jack also makes moving your trailer around the driveway easy.
RECESSED D.O.T. LIGHTING
Standard on our trailers, recessed lighting is both a must and a convenience. Recessed lights have a surface that is flush with your trailer and are less apt to break while traveling through thick foliage or backing up. Also, a standard feature on our trailers is a lighted license plate bracket that will increase your safety by making it easier to be seen while traveling and assure you are incompliance with traffic requirements. TIE DOWN LOOPSb
All of our trailers are equipped with metal tie down loops as standard feature. You can never have enough loops to safely attach your ATVs to your trailer. The multiple tie down loops on our trailers make it easy to quickly load and unload. Securing your load is the most important thing you can do before traveling with your ATV’s.
