It’s not what you think.

While I have never been what you would call obese, like most of us I struggle to maintain my weight and live a healthy lifestyle.Dieting never works for me because I enjoy life too much to ever like to starve myself — I believe life should be lived to the fullest.

Sounds impossible, I know.  But it is based upon our bodies need to store energy for the lean times.

Lean times seldom come around in today’s plentiful, “Supersize Me” society.
