If you have been reading my blogs on anxiety and panic attacks you that I say anxiety is fear.

So Let’s See…
I say anxiety is fear. It’s my opinion, but I think it cis also a fact. So anxiety is fear.
Little anxiety is little fear. Big anxiety is big fear. Huge anxiety is Panic.
Panic attacks and anxiety attacks are essentially the same thing with different names.
Counter-intuitively, panic attacks are the easiest anxiety to get rid of.
In my opinion, anxiety can’t be cured. But it CAN be reduced.
Reduced in some cases to such a low level as to feel “gone.”
Which certainly “feels” like a cure!
So what is the point this discussion brings us to.
Panic Attacks First – Anxiety Second. That’s what.
Panic attacks are anxiety born but I say that they CAUSE a lot of anxiety too! This is due to the fact that the FEAR of panic attacks is the CAUSE of panic attacks and fear is anxiety. So kill those panic attacks off first and THEN go to work on your anxieties.
Because panic attacks CAUSE anxiety AND panic attacks are easy to cure.
It’s just my opinion but I think it’s the best way to go.
You could try to ignore your panic attacks and see if working on reducing anxiety would have a positive effect on your panic attacks, and it might.
Still, panic attacks CAUSE anxiety, and, as much as anxiety is the birth mother of panic maybe we ought to just start there!
So…what are you going to do?
If you are inclined to take my advice, and many have, you set out immediately to get rid of your panic attacks.
And how do you do that?
By getting rid of the fear of panic attacks and the fear of panic attacks returning.
