Xmas 2009: Top 10 Electronic Gifts
Christmas 2009 is over us and it’s time to start buying some special gifts for our family and friends. But what is considered special and well considered gifts? And do electronic gifts do the job?
It goes without saying that what’s considered a well considered gift for one person may be the worst gift ever for another. However, when it comes electronic gifts, there’s basically something for everyone to be found.
To prove my point, show me a person who does not like reading, listening to music, playing games, photography, watching films or explore new places. There’s an electronic gift for any of these interests and the supply and sophistication of products increase every day. With some of the latest electronic product launched, granny can have her favorite books read out loud to her, uncle can bring a navigation device on his travels to seek out new and exciting places and sister can watch all the best pictures of her kids from one picture frame only.
Aside from all the new product launches, existing products are also being upgraded, made thinner and smaller and we can now watch our favorite DVDs on tiny little computer like devices that easy fit into any bag, we can optimize our training routines by adding a small chip to our running shoes and download programs that keep track of everything from food & weight, local bus schedules (even if you live in Hong Kong) and your budget.
What a wonderful world we live in!
