It’s a myth that only teenagers have breakouts, you can get breakouts at any age. Hormone changes and stress can have a lot to do with sudden breakouts.

When you change your diet and start eating healthier food, there is a chance your skin will react to this. It may become dry or oily. You may get breakouts, white/blackheads, pimples, or something else. Even your body temperature might increase. It happens because your body starts cleansing and will be much healthier once that cycle is done.

While trying to prevent or get rid of breakouts, you may be cleaning your face too much, or too roughly. You could be stripping your skin and that cause breakouts. You actually can over-wash your face. All you need to do in the morning is splash your face with warm water followed by cool. And of course, drink lots of water.

Some people sleep with it on their face at night, then wake up, remove it, then apply lotion again. Try not to use too many different products as this only makes the problem worse. Use all three every morning and every night for a few weeks and see if it makes a difference. This regimen will usually help to clear up little bumps and such, especially if you stick with it.
