Walking your Way to a Healthy Pregnancy

I wanted to stay as healthy and fit as possible during my pregnancy and walking helped me accomplish that! Walking was a great exercise for me to do no matter what trimester of my pregnancy I was in and it was easy to do. My doctor agreed with me that the healthier I could stay during pregnancy the easier it would be, and he also said it could make for an easier delivery and post partum recovery. That was all I needed to hear…count me in!
