Yoga can help any level of exerciser throughout the entire pregnancy process.  Certain moves will help alleviate the aches and pains and may even bring you some relief during the labor process!  By staying fit with yoga you are helping your body ease through the pregnancy changes and creating a healthier environment for your unborn baby.  Plus the healthier you are during pregnancy the better you will feel and look and who doesn’t want to look good?
