Maybe we can see and observe, people after having massage at the massage center or by themselves often get a refresh body and mind. Believe or not, massage has reducing stress effect, just suggest?, or really having related with healthy?. Because of it, in this article I will give little explanation about massage.
Based on its history, massage is come from the unclearly source. It has found at the several country as an original habits of the people to relaxing the body.
There are many methods of massage, and each country has different ways. As examples: Indonesian having alternative massage, China having reflective massage that generally followed by acupuncture, etc. All of them just have one purpose, to expedite the blood supply and relaxing the strain muscle.
Prof. Dr. Makmuri Muchlas in his book, organizational behavior, says that one of relaxation therapy, massage, has proven that it can reducing our stress.
Stress has arise because the supply of blood has disturbed. Massage has relaxing our muscles and expedite our blood supply, with it, the blood supply that aim to the brain has better.
One of the muscles and brain’s nerves connector are lies on palm or sole. Many specific point at them, having the relaxing effect if it has messaging. So, how to massage our body by ourself?
- Do massage with hand to another hand, using our thumb and forefinger. But, you can also using the massage tool to do.
- Squeeze and make a circulation motion at the spesific area at your palm. Such as; area between forefinger and the thumb, top of the thumb, etc.
- Do it slowly dan regularly for 2 – 3 minutes.
- Repeat several time.
If you really want to relaxing your body and mind, try massage. No cost, healthy, and safe.
Remember, It just one of ways to reducing stress. There are many ways to do. If you still feel stress, use the another ways.
