w don’t have a personal gym, and would prefer not to go to the gym,or simply don’t like working out with weights I have a few exercises you can do that will help no matter your fitness level. The first I would suggest would be walking or running.
Cardio not only help to keep your weight down, but it is also good for the over all health, helps you keep healthly lungs and a strong heart.
Sits up just remember it’s better to do 1o good sit up with good form, then 50 sit ups with bad form.
Squats are another exercise you can do without weights. Squats help with toning the legs and rear end. Depending on your fitness level I would start with 3 sets of ten for all of these exercises.
Lunges, this is also a strength and toning exercise. Remember before you start any new workout program you should always check with your doctor first.
