Developing a Photographic Memory is within our reach. All we have to do is to be prepared to do some simple brain exercises for about 10 minutes a day.
The brain is a muscle and we know that if we correctly work any other muscle in our body, then we will see significant results. Developing a Photographic Memory means learning to work the muscle in the brain to become fitter, toned and more in shape.
When we do not exercise our brain enough, then we can become forgetful and sometimes we can even begin to feel brain dead so to speak.
According to scientific studies the average person only uses anywhere between 2-5% of our brain power. Up until now I was not aware how to increase that statistic for myself.
I recently discovered that I could increase my memory and brain power. I initially thought perhaps I would have to study complex equations or learn to solve cryptic puzzles or something. However I was thrilled to learn that I only had to do exercises that are comfortable and fun!
Sure Einstein may of had a photographic memory, but me ? …… No way…. but after 30 days of only practicing for 10 mins a day some simple and scientifically proven exercises I believe I was well on my way to being a brainiac !
Honestly I only wish I had known all this 30 years ago. This is the type of training every employee should offer their staff as the results are nothing short of amazing.
If you are looking to improve your memory, get a promotion, learn another language, or learn to concentrate, speed read or anything else that improves your brain power and your memory, then you will find this website the answer to it all.
